王戰(zhàn)軍,1956年生,現(xiàn)任北京理工大學(xué)學(xué)位與研究生教育研究中心主任,教授、博士生導(dǎo)師;清華大學(xué)教授、博士生導(dǎo)師;教育部高等教育教學(xué)評(píng)估中心副主任。 30多年來(lái),一直從事高等教育管理、教學(xué)、科研與評(píng)估研究;主要研究方向?yàn)橹饕芯糠较驗(yàn)楦叩冉逃芾砼c評(píng)估、教育發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、管理信息系統(tǒng)等;曾策劃、研制并組織開(kāi)展多項(xiàng)全國(guó)學(xué)位與研究生教育評(píng)估項(xiàng)目;組織參與多項(xiàng)全國(guó)高等教育評(píng)估項(xiàng)目;主持參與并完成國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金和國(guó)家社會(huì)科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目9項(xiàng);發(fā)表論文90多篇,其中代表性的有:《中國(guó)高等教育質(zhì)量保障的新理念和新制度》(《清華大學(xué)教育研究》2014.3)、《加強(qiáng)研究生教育科學(xué)研究促進(jìn)研究生教育改革與發(fā)展》(《學(xué)位與研究生教育》2014.8)、《我國(guó)研究生教育的國(guó)際影響力》(《國(guó)家教育行政學(xué)院學(xué)報(bào)》,2013.2)、《研究生教育評(píng)估新思維》(《清華大學(xué)教育研究》,2012.1)、《研究生質(zhì)量評(píng)估:模型與框架》(《高等教育研究》,2012.3)、《建立健全新時(shí)期研究生教育質(zhì)量保障體系》(《中國(guó)高等教育》2012.6)、《中國(guó)高水平大學(xué)50強(qiáng)》(《教育研究》,2010.10);出版著作多部,代表性的有《中國(guó)研究生教育研究進(jìn)展報(bào)告(2013)》《中國(guó)研究生教育質(zhì)量年度報(bào)告(2013)》《學(xué)位與研究生教育評(píng)估理論與方法》《研究型大學(xué)與高等教育強(qiáng)國(guó)》、The Construction and Development of Research UniversitiesinChina,《學(xué)位與研究生教育評(píng)估技術(shù)與實(shí)踐》等。
