　　Jayashri Srinivasan, MD, PhD, FRCP, grew up in Chennai, India, where she graduated from Stanley Medical College. She initially pursued her postgraduate training in Cardiff, Wales, where she received a doctor-ate in neurophysiology, as well as completing a residency in internal medicine and becoming a Fellow of the Royal College of Physiaans（FRCP）, United Kingdom. Jayashri moved to Boston to train at the Tufts neurology program； subsequently she completed a fellowship in neuromuscular disorders at Brigham & Women's Hospital and Harvard Medical School. She briefly returned to the Tufts faculty at Tufts Medical Center but soon thereafter moved to the Lahey Clinic in 2003. Jayashri is an associate professor of neurology at Tufts University School of Mediane. Jayashri was appointed the H. Royden Jones Chair of Neuroscience in 2015 and runs a very busy clinical neurology division. She is also the Vice Chair of Department of Medicine, a position she has held since 2012.　　At Lahey Dr. Srinivasan specializes in neuromuscular medicine, where she is a very skillful clinical neurophysiologist with particular interests in electromyography and autonomic disorders. When she is not practicing neurology, Jayashri devotes almost all of her free time to her family-her husband, VS Balakrishnan, Chair of Nephrology at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, and their 2 children.　　　　Claudia J.Chaves, MD, grew up in Brazil and received her medical degree from the Uberlandia School of Medicine. She completed her first residency in neurology at The University of Sao Paulo, Brazil, and after moving to the United States, she completed an additional neurology residency at the New England Medical Center, Boston. She did a research fellowship at the New England Medical Center and a clinical fellowship at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, both in cerebrovascular disease. In addition, she did subspeaalty training in multiple sclerosis at the Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas, Texas, and is a graduate of the Global Clinical Scholar Research Training Program through Harvard Medical School.　　After her fellowship training, she worked at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center for a few years as a stroke neurologist and was an Instructor in Neurology at the Harvard Medical School. Subsequently, she moved to the Lahey Clinic in 2000. She is currently an associate professor of neurology at Tufts University School of Medicine.
